How many pictures will we receive?
Dependent on package size, this will vary from 5, 10, 15 images. Some wedding galleries come with as many as 800 images.
How should we dress for our family session?
I always say dress like yourself. Be yourself and be confident and comfortable. Warm neutral colors are generally best! It’s awesome when families were complimentary colors and do not match exactly but “go together!”

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
Fresh 48 sessions take place at the hospital just before discharge and are great to capture your emotions and memories in the moment. Otherwise standard newborn sessions take place generally between 3-10 days old!
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
Don’t worry! My goal is to make you feel at ease and comfortable. I rely on a more candid approach to sessions and allow you to pose yourself naturally, but don’t worry if we got stuck I keep poses and prompts to use to get real reactions captured! By the time our session comes we will have also chatted back and forth and gotten to know each other better, so we will feel like friends! I also send out a questionnaire at booking with facts to get to know you and learn about any accommodations you may need to feel your best in-front of the camera.
Do you release RAW or “unedited” photos?
I hand edit each individual photo to meet my personal style and match my portfolio. Each photo is a representation of my business and I do not release work that isn’t a representation of me, so no I do not give out or release RAW files.
What is your turnaround time and when should I expect my photos?
Mini and Regular sessions in general have a 3-4 day turnaround. I also try to send 1-2 photos the day of your session to allow you to see how your session is going to turn out. Weddings and larger events (birth sessions, parties, branding etc) will have an individual turnaround that I will communicate to you prior to booking as well as note it in your contract. But In general, most larger events take 1-2 weeks with a 5 image sneak peak within 3 days.
